When I was in San Francisco working in the Liz Lisa store, I was given special permission to take photos beforehand of everything set up! (Usually you're not allowed to take photos in Liz Lisa stores). Sorry for the heavy watermarking.. since I really don't want these photos posted anywhere else but on my blog. I tried taking photos of all the Liz Lisa cosmetics and the 2012 Autumn Collection to show you guys!

Hi Kim, you have travelled quite a few times to Japan ever since the Fukushima incident. So, what is your view on the radiation in Japan (particularly, Tokyo) right now? I'm planning a trip, but people have been telling me about how it is still 'unsafe' to go to Tokyo as there are friends who came back and found out that they have higher radiation level in their bodies now...

ReplyDeleteI think Tokyo is perfectly fine and safe to travel to. The media just blew things out of proportion after the earthquake, making Japan sound like a very dangerous place to be in because of the radiation. When I was in Japan, everything was completely normal, I even experienced a small earthquake when I was there, and everyone was calm about it. Tokyo is also very far away from Fukushima, there is nothing to worry about
