Rimmel Gem Dew Eyes in 02 Deep Amethyst Review
Hi everyone!Today I'm going to be reviewing the Rimmel Gem Dew Eyes in 02 Deep Amethyst! I have reviewed this eyeshadow in two different colours before
HERE
But today I'm going to be reviewing them in different colours! These eyeshadows were released in Japan last year, and I believe they are only sold in Japan. However I have seen these sold on Ebay as well.

The purple colour is actually a cream eyeshadow

Quick tutorial:
First prime your eyelids (MAC Paint Pot Soft Ocre)

Use the cream eyeshadow all over your lid, and then put the bronze on half of your eyelid

Blend out with a fluffy brush:

Use a pencil brush and a dark brown eyeshadow to line your eyes, create a large wing at the end

Apply the cream eyeshadow on top of the previous eyeshadow

Done!

Final Verdict:
I LOVE this eyeshadow! I have used Rimmel eyeshadows before that I have bought in Australia, but to be honest I don't really like them. They aren't very pigmented and the fallout is huge. However I absolutely love this eyeshadow. It's super pigmented so you don't even need to use an eye primer (though I recommmend you do anyway so your eyeshadows can stay on all day). I did get these eyeshadows for free from a makeup company in Japan to try out, I would recommend this palette however it is expensive. It costs 1600yen (Approx $20) in Japan and to be honest, I wouldn't pay that much for a drugstore eyeshadow.
Pros:
- Great pigmentation!
- The colours are all lovely, especially the cream eyeshadow
- Easy to blend together
Cons:
- This one is 1600yen (around $20) for the palette, I'd say that's too expensive.
